Photos captured in BiAn Go are stored locally on your device and may be synced to our servers when you have an active network connection. GPS coordinates are embedded in photo metadata to document where field work was performed.

You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will prevent automatic geotagging of new photos.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the app, including cloud hosting, analytics, and push notification services.

If you use BiAn Go through a work account, your organization administrator may have access to work-related data associated with your account.

Your photos, notes, and work data are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual photos and notes at any time within the app.

BiAn Go uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted token storage on-device (Keychain on iOS, encrypted SharedPreferences on Android), secure API communication, and PIN authentication.

BiAn Go is intended for professional use by adults in field work environments. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. The "Effective Date" at the top will change when we do. Continued use of BiAn Go after changes means you accept the updated policy.
