These Terms of Service govern your use of BiAn Go, a field work management app published by BiAn Go Management Solution and listed by FitSo Venture Studio. By downloading, installing, or using BiAn Go, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The Effective Date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

BiAn Go is a field work management tool. It lets you capture on-site photos with GPS metadata, create and edit work notes, review captured media, and track jobs.

BiAn Go is not a replacement for professional record-keeping systems and should be used as a supplementary documentation tool.

BiAn Go uses PIN authentication to secure access on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you use BiAn Go through a work account provided by your organization, your organization's administrator controls account access and data policies.

You agree to use BiAn Go only for lawful purposes related to your field work.

You retain ownership of photos, notes, and other content you create in BiAn Go.

By using the app, you grant BiAn Go Management Solution and FitSo Venture Studio a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

BiAn Go, including its name, logo, design, code, and documentation, is owned by BiAn Go Management Solution / FitSo Venture Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for your own professional use. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the app or its assets without written consent.

BiAn Go is provided as-is for field work documentation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BiAn Go Management Solution and FitSo Venture Studio are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, photos, or work notes, or any decisions made based on app content.

We may suspend or terminate your access to BiAn Go at any time if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends, and we will handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. The "Effective Date" at the top will change when we do. Continued use of BiAn Go after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
